Since I cannot find that specific model on the Asus web site, I assume that you have an OEM board.

Start with the support site for the original system manufacture. Their drivers will be the "most" compatible.

Next, identify the chip-set on the motherboard, and the actual SATA controller if it is not integrated into the chip-set.

Most likely, the chip manufactures reference drivers will work just fine.

Thank you This is a HP system supplied with IDE drive, so I want to upgrade it to SATA. I managed to get the chipset and raid driver, between the two I should get it to work, but the HP support do not understand SATA as they said the drivers are in Windows, then suggested I contact the hard disk manufacturer and Microsoft.

Chas is correct ASUS doesn't list that particular Model in the P4S series of M'Boards that they made. Your best bet would be to go to the Builder of the system and look for a SATA download from their Web Site. But just to give you a Heads Up ASUS always refers to the SATA Drivers as RAID Drivers so if you have the RAID Drivers for this M'Board you can install the SATA Driver from there.
