Hello I am having problem in the Benq 40x12x48 cdrw writer driver,every time when I restart my computer the “found new hardware wizard” will popup,I have let it run to find it but it could not found the driver. I actually have a HP dvd writer and cdrom in my computer,then I removed the cd-rom and fix this Benq cdrw writer in place of it. In the device manager it show :Atapi cd-rw 40×12,HP dvd writer 300n,and Generic dvd +rom scsi cdrom device. For your information I have not installed any drivers for the cdrw writer,how to set it work with the windows driver I could not read or burn with this writer,and finally how to disable the popup wizard.
