I have just fitted an Athlon 1.2GHz 266 FSB in an Elite motherboard. The processor is being detaected as a 1267MHz. Is this correct?
There are no options to change any other settings for the processor in the bios other than the FSB which if set to100 produces 950MHz speed and if set to 133MHz produces 1267MHz.The clock mulyiplier is 9.5 (Not changable)
Help much appreciated.
