ATM emulated lan

Hi,
While trying to install ADSL Modem I installed other driver and is installed the ATM Emulated LAN. it display like ATM Emulated LAN #2(). Tyhe problem is I am unable to uninstall it.It gives error Failed to uninstall the device.The device may be required to bootup the computer. With out uninstalling this I am unable to use adsl.( I donot know why ?). How to uninstall it, help required.
