My network is using Ms-Exchange 2000 server,my mail clients is using Ms-Outlook XP and
Windows 2000 server and Pro.
All the clients is using POP3 or IMAP as incoming server and SMTP as a outgoing server.
Every mail tried to send by the users withthe attached file displaying this message
“This item contains attachment that are potentially unsafe.Recipients using
Ms-Outlook may not be able to open these attachment.
Do you want to send anyway?”
I click on Yes to send it anyway.
The recipients told me that they cannot view and download the attachment.
displaying this message
Recipients mail contains this message”Outlook blocked access to the following potentialy unsafe
attachment”
Pls advise.
