Audit report template?

The company I worked for sent me to an manufacturing company to basically look at what their capabilities are in terms of Information Technology. I am now supposed to write up an audit report and I don’t really know how to start – I’m wondering if there is a template out there somewhere or a guideline/format I can follow to complete my report that would be fantastic. Any advices and pointers much appreciated.
