Running Server 2003 and Outlook 2003. I have a user that everytime she logs off, logs on and starts outlook, she has to put in her password.
I have checked the security tab of the email account and verified the box is not ticked that requires password eveytime outlook opens. Someone suggested ticking this box, log off, log on, untick, log off, log on. Tried that also and she is still being asked for a password.
No other user has this problem. She says it only started happening after she was asked to change her password a few days ago, but I dont know if that is coincidence or not.
I checked her eventvwr and she has userenv 1030 error and DCOM 10016 error. Not sure if those are even related to this problem.
