Authentication

I have A windows2000 pro(service pack3) machine.
pc is a winfax server.
Pc is on a windows 2000 server domain.

1)cannot open any jpg,gif etc….,have to save to disk from outlook first and then open it with an association of windows imaging.
2)winfax is installed on this pc.
when you try to open winfax it tells you no acces.
but if you log on to the local computer it works perfectly.
