We have many of our users running their mailboxes off the exchange server which is backed up daily. I’d like to set their email to be backed up by automatically exporting their data (mail and contacts and calendar and subfolders) to a .pst file on another server weekly. Is there anyway to do this? With auto archive we seem to lose a lot of information. Thanks!
