Auto file copy to selected computers

I have a text file/data base that needs to be distributed to several computers on a daily basis. I would like it to happen at a specific time. The file/data base is created/updated every morning and stored on the domain controller.
I have thought of doing a batch file with scheduler but my dos skills are rusty. Any ideas?
