Auto-forwarding email on Exchange 2000

I’m running Exchange 2000 as my primary email server. Is there any way to automatically forward an incoming email to an external address? For example, the email is sent to enduser@mycompany.com. I would like to redirect it to enduseralt@earthlink.net or enduseralt@aol.com as soon as it hits the server. Preferably, I would like to do it at the server level and avoid having to setup a rule for each user. Any suggestions?
