We have a exchange server 5.5 running in our office. Each user is allocated with individual company id. I am using a third party s/w to pull mails from my company ISP which is situtaed in US and from the third party s/w forwarding the messageto exchange and then to all the users.
Now we want a arrangement in such a way. Whatever mail is coming in to the exchange and whatever is going out from exchange I want a copy to be forwarded to one of our mail client (Our boss).
I don’t wantto forward the internal mails like I send to another colleague or some mails to group of users in the office. But all mails going out to external ids and all mails coming in from everybody has to be forwarded to that mail client.
Is that is possible?
