I’m having email storage problems. Several users are mail pack rats. I have a couple with PSTs approaching 2GB and still have around 300MB in their Exchange box. Does anyone know a way to automatically remove attachments from items as they are stored in the sent items folder? i.e. A user sends a message with an attachemet. I want the email to go out with the attachment but I want the copy stored in the sent items to remove the attachment.
Any thoughts??
