I am looking for a tool (hopefully open source or free utility if possible), that I can setup on a computer to automatically access random websites, and record the performance accessing these sites. I need to compare over several days the performance of using the Internet in an office. I hope that an application can let me know the transfer speeds for the request and for downloading and displaying the content on the sites. I have to define a baseline. I can do the free netspeeds, upload and download, but seems to be good. Just need to provide statistics on what the users in these offices can expect. Also let me know if it cannot download the site content, if for some reason.
