Automate Caller ID String

I currently have quickbooks customer manager – which is able to pull up client information using mulitple search strings including phone number.

What I’m trying to accomplish is to have some sort of an app. which can take the caller id string off the modem and automatically plug it into the search field so that the customer’s info. would pop up when they call in. A simple app. (maybe even preexisting) should be able to pull this off. Is there something out there that can already do this? or would someone be willing to write it for me? 4 $?
