Automated backup with Symantec Ghost

Good morning all

I’m trying to set up easy-to-use system for my parents to backup their machine/data with one easy click (Or as few as possible).
They are not realy computer literate and Ghost is not the easiest for them to use.
I saw a few batches on the net, but want to know from you guys, if any of you have something like this or can send me in the right direction.
