Automated response in Outlook

By boi1der ·
In my shop, users send in a service request form that's filled out in Word, then sent to the help desk in Outlook. Is there a way to have an automated response go out to the requester with a sequential number that they can reference, or am I askingfor too much and need to implement a help desk system like HEAT?

I think you really need to be using some support software/help desk software, HEAT, or Support Magic, etc.

Hi !
Using Outlook , you can only send the Auto Responses for a specified format that you specify.
If you want to do this then you just Walk through the Rules Wizard and set the Rules accordingly.

Hope it works.
