automatic backup

why I having problems in creating a profile in automatic backup program i downloaded in tech republic? when I’m creating a profile for my backup the destination folder I choose said to be wrong spelling when I save my profile even if I check already the spelling. why It happens? what is the problem there?please help me thanks..
