Automatic Blind Carbon Copy

By TOP ·
Due to regulations in the Financial industry, I must have the ability to monitor all outgoing emails. I figure the easiest way to accomplish this is to give all Branch Managers a second mailbox that will receive an automatic blind carbon copy of allemails sent out by users in their respective offices. Is this the best way to do this, and if so, how do I set it up?

No, I would recommend purchasing a third party product that monitors outgoing mail. There are a variety of products that will capture, scan, and archive messages for later retrieval.

Are you using a mail-server? Then you could maybe use the mail-server to copy all outgoing mails to a special account. That depends on the mail-servers possibilities to handle the mail traffic.

Check out WWW.MailMarshall.com or WWW.ASPEONSoftware.com They both are third party software vendors that can do this, as well as a variety of other nice tools for e-mail.
