Automatic command on reboot

I need to make a single line command to run automatically when one of my Windows NT servers reboot. It doesn’t work in the autoexec.nt file. I need it to run without having someone log onto the server. The command is a route add command. Is there any way to have NT 4.0 server run a command or script file/batch file automatically on boot/reboot? Thanks in advance.
