Automatic Exchange BCC

I have Exchange 5.5 running on NT 4.0 and I have a user that supposedly is sending profane emails to customers. I would like to be able to set something up that when she sends an email it automatically sends a blind carbon copy to another mailbox so that this can be tracked. Is this possible?

I know microsoft KB article 258557 tells how to do this with two Exchange servers but I only have one.

At the bottom of the article is says it's possible to do it with one server but lists a coupl of drawbacks. You just have to modify their instructions on how to do it.
