When some new content is added to the web site, hyper links should be created for that content automatically without the web site administrators role. These hyperlinks should be created when there is user behaviour for this particular new content. When the user comes to the web site through a search engine and clicks on the new content added on the web site , then these hyperlinks should be created at the top of the page based on the user activity.
