I have this problem on my PC, and I really need your help. My PC is a Windows XP Professional installed. Have also the good hardware specifications. My problem is when I input my password during the log-in method, after it accepts my password, it automatically log-off and save my setting. I plan to re-install my OS but my problem is I can’t back-up my files because of my first problem. I already try to go on safe mode but it gives the same result. I also tried to detach my hard drive and put it on slave to other PC but I can’t access my username/account maybe because it is password protected. I really need your advice guys.
