automatic login for win2000 professional

is there a way to allow win2000 professional to log into the network without providing a password… my client wants the win2000 to bootup and log in without supplying a password. Several people use this system after house when office is closed andthey are forgetting the password and this is causing problems. Therefore, we want to have this system that is on a work group login without the need for a password
