Automatic Logon after a reboot.

By gschultz ·
I know the method to have Windows NT 4.0 reboot and logon to a network automatically (using registry entries).

Is there a method to do this for Win 95/98?

if you install the "tweakui" utilities, then Win95/98 can auto login. I do this now. If you ask one of the web search engines, or MS Web, you can download it. It is free.

If you add the AutoLogon Registry key with value of 1 to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\windows\current version\Network\Real Mode Net this should enable it.
