Automatic Update causing problems

Does anyone know how to find out what Automatic Updates installed on a specific date? At the first of October my Win2003 SBS donwloaded some updates and I rebooted it. Now Access databases won’t load and a major app that uses an Access backend hangs up the CPU at startup. I would like to see a log of what AU installed and when so I can try to correct the issue without reinstalling. Anybody got ideas?
