Automatically copy email to manager

We use Outlook 2000 configured for workgroups, not Internet mail only. We do not have an an Exchange Server. The manager would like me to set one user up so that he gets a copy of all the emails she’s sending. I tried using rules, but that will show the cc in her sent email folder and in the recipient’s copy as well. He doesn’t want her nor the recipient to see the cc.

Our mail server is a hosted solution and configuration is limited to forwarding and auto-responding for incoming mail and nothing for outgoing mail.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
