We are running Outlook 98 with NT4 and Exchange Server 5.5. Within Contacts folder (the main one) we are unable to automatically record journal and other entries against the contacts. The journal options have been set within Outlook.
I am using Outlook 2000 with NT4 and do not have a problem with this feature. Can anyone help please!
