automatically restart after shutdown….

Hello sir,
I am using windows Nt When i am click the shutdown option in start menu it will shutting down but after that immediatly restart system itself.I don’t know how to solve the problem like that But,I had a small idea is some key in regeditto use for recovering this prob.what is the key tell me if u know?
