Automatically Shutdown the win2000 syste

By dearshezi ·
Hello every body,
Can some one tell me about the file which can shut down the win2000 server so that I can use it in the batch file and schedule it to shut down the system at the specified time. Thanks a lot

Search for a small freeware program called "PowerOff 3.0". This will do everything you need. I use it on my workstations to shut them down if the fans fail or the CPUs get too hot. Will also work on Win2k servers.
You can also schedule a program called 'Wizmo' though I have found that this merely takes the server to the 'It is now safe to turn off' screen rather than a full power off. Will do a complete restart ok though. As will PowerOff.
