Automatically Shutdown the win2000 syste

Hello every body,
Can some one tell me about the file which can shut down the win2000 server so that I can use it in the batch file and schedule it to shut down the system at the specified time. Thanks a lot

in the windows server resource kit 2000 there is a file called shutdown.exe. You can use this with a batchfile. "shutdown.exe /L /C"
