I have created a custom task form and what it is to do is for the sales staff to fill out company info and send it to the person who enters the customer into the database. Right now the sales person has to fill out a form and put it into a box on the data entry persons desk and the staff that are out of town would mail the form. I want to automate this process. My task form opens up with the subject and the address (to the data entry person) the problem is that after you fill out this form you still have to assign the task, I want this to happen automaticly. So you would enter in the fields and click send. Our sales staff are not very comfortable with computers so the fewer steps the better
