Autorun CDs runs berserk

When i inserted autorun CDs, that has popup window coming (mostly games), the CD drive would be reading for a long time (more than 15 minutes) and the HDD activity went really high.

When I disabled autorun, it works just fine.

How do I resolvethis issue without disabling the autorun?

I have:
1 TDK CDRW (48/12/48)
1 Creative DVD-ROM (12X)
2 WD 80 GB HDD w/ 8MB Buffer
Asus P4PE MB
P4 2.4B Proc
