autoruns/ I’m stuck

I made a mistake by unchecking something in autoruns
that will not
allow me to get to the desk top(xp). I get to the user
account page, click
on my account, and it immediately logs me off. I have
tried safe mode to
no avail. Please help and I promise not to do it again.
