Hello,
I am in the process of changing our old Avaya Index communications system and cannot decide between the Avaya ACM and Mitel 3300 ICP.
They both look very similar and I’ve lost almost all my hair trying to decide on one.
If you have any experience rolling out any of the above systems, your input will be much appreciated.
