I am looking for an example or suggestions for creating an agreement for our distibutors in regards to the following;
? The Distributor is not permitted to offer certain products for sale online.
? the distributor cannot sign-up for or become a part of a supplier portal
? the distributor cannot purchasing domain names that may infringe on registered trademarks of the company
? etc.
If anyone has any imput on this it would be much appreciated.
