I have an Exchange Server 2003 installed recently. The scenario is that every user has its mail account with our Web Hosting Server. For local transaction of Emails we have created one POP connector for every User in the Local Exchange Server. We have around 50 users, so we have 50 connectors made. It downloads emails for respective user POP mailbox and delivers to that users Exchange Mailbox. Localy the users are connected to lan and hence the mail is delivered instantaneously to his/her Outlook 2003 Client. The Outlook client has the option disabled “Leave a copy on Server.”
Now my question “Is there a way so that I can have a secondary copy of every email sent OR received (no matter wherever it came from).
