Some .MP3 files are badly played by Outlook Express (5.50.4522.1200). (Others do well.)
These .MP3 files come from a conversion done from .WAV files through the Winamp output plug-in v1.1 (OUT_MP3.DLL).
What kind of action should I take?
In fact these MP3 files that are not played through Outlook Express, are perfectly played
by Windows Media Player V7 (7.00.00.1956)
and Winamp player 2.65 of course.
When opening a new message and trying to format the background with some .MP3 file, the sound is played at a very high speed and
produces high frequency scratch sounds. Seems the decoder is not correct, but how
to direct it to the right decoder?
Thanks to pay attention.
