    backing up e-mail

    I want to reload my computer, I need to save my e-mail address and messages, what is the best way to do that?

      Panic Over ( POP , Freeware ) saves to a storage device , your email ,
      address book , favorites and docs .

      If you’re using Outlook, save your PST file. If your using an Exchange server you’ll want to look for OST and/or PAB files.
