Backing up Exchange 2K

Is the NT back up feature in Win2K reliable to back up Exchange mailboxes and restore mailboxes?

any comments are appreciated.

We have an Exchange 2k backing up to another server in the domain, but i would like to make sure we are able to restore mailbox in a “fly”
