Upgraded to new version of iTunes and now can’t add songs to my iPod without erasing songs that are on it. I want to make sure I have the songs backed up on my PC before I erase and sync new songs via iTunes. Found a backup software called iCloner. It saved all my songs to a file on my PC, but I can’t open it. I have VISTA/Windows Media Player. The file extension is .whb. How can I open this file?
