We have a small network of 15 users that will be using DSL for email messages. We do not have an Exchange Server. Our email will be handled by our ISP. Each computer is using either MS Outlook or Express. I want to find a way to copy the local *.dbxfiles to a network folder to be backed up. Any suggestions on a way to do this at the end of the day upon shutting the computer off rather than at start-up? I am looking for any information of running a batch file at the system shutdown.
