I have several users who use Outlook 2000 on laptops, and the mailbox is on Exchange 5.5
Our CIO has asked us to reduce the sizes of the mailboxes, but several users have large mailboxes and are saying to myself that they need access to information perhaps stored 6 months or a year ago.
Creating .pst files is not the answer from the users perspective as these are cumbersome to use over a long period of time.
Can anyone suggest any methods (or 3rd party products) that can be used to address this issue.
