Backing up Outlook Settings?

Currently all users in our domain use Outlook to view and send emails. (All are using Outlook 2003 SP3 on Windows XP SP2.) I was wondering if it possible to take a copy of the configuration, (email accounts, fonts, signatures, general configuration, etc.), and deploy it to another machine, (e.g. taking a backup for quicker rebuilds or if a user switches to a new machine.)

How are these settings stored, is it a single file or multiple files? Will Outlook accept these files on another machine or are they somehow stamped or locked down for the machine that it was set up on?

Basically is this possible and how would it be done?
