Backing Up PST Files

I currently backup the staff pst file by clicking on a piece of batch that I have placed on the network (read only) which “xcopy” the file to the destination that I want it to go to.

I have to find the outlook process and kill it and also a google process because of the google toolbar. This needs to be done because it can’t copy locked files.

I was wondering if their was a way to copy locked files. Such as that i dont need to close outlook. If so is it possible in batch. With my google searches i find that programs that can do it but im not looking to install these programs on each individual workstation.
