I have a dell latitude d630 and I am trying to back up some files but I am getting a hard drive failure code I have put the hard drive in another laptop but still won’t let me drag or cut, copy, or paste anything onto an external hard drive. XP is the OS. is there anyone who can help me be able to move files onto a external drive?
