Backup

I am unable to find the backup utility in XP Home. Does it exist?

I have not used XP Home.

In XP *Pro* it's Start->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools. If you don't see it there, try Add/Remove Programs from Control Panel, then Add/Remove Windows Components, and the option to add Backup would be in Accessories/Utilities. Then you could add the backup program. I would expect it to not be installed by default in the Home version, but I cannot imagine an operating system shipping without a backup utility.

The backup utility is not installed by default, but you can install it manually from CD - see here: http://www.theeldergeek.com/backup_for_xp_home_edition.htm
