Backup

Did complete system backup on win98 system with many quirks. Removed the harddrive and installed it into a new compac desktop4400 running xp. Name of the backup is mybackup.qic and was created with microsoft backup.

How can I open this folder andhand pick the data that I want to install on the new system with bringing all the junk along also.

I need my data file and do not want to contaminate the new machine.
