I have Hp Tape 1/8 G2 Autoloader and Symantec Backexec is installed in system having Hp Tape 1/8 Autoloader but I am not able to see any tapes (media) through the software I tried to take an inventry but It gives an error as :
458 – No media in drive.
I have 4 tapes inserted in the Autoloader.
but still it gives an error after taking an inventry.
