Hello...

This is easy with Mozilla Firefox. Just use the Export and Import feature:

ON PC #1:
1. Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks
2. File->Export...
3. Save bookmarks into an HTML file.

ON PC #2:
1. Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks
2. File->Import...
3. Navigate to the location where the HTML file is stored (across a network, on a floppy, on a burned CD, in an email attachment, etc). Open it.

After step #3 above, in the Manage Bookmarks window, you will find all of the bookmarks from PC #1. The "Personal Toolbar Folder" on PC #2 will not contain the "Personal Toolbar Folder" from PC #1. But, you can drag and drop within the Manage Bookmarks window to arrange them as you want.
